🚚 1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India, including major cities, towns, and rural areas.

• Some remote pin codes may have limited delivery or extended timeframes.

• Estimated delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the supplier.

• Customized, made-to-order, or heavy items may take longer and will be indicated on the product page.

💸 3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping is FREE for most orders above ₹499.

• Orders below ₹499 may include a nominal delivery charge (visible at checkout).

• Some third-party suppliers or bulky items may have additional delivery charges.

🔄 4. Order Tracking

• After your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier link will be shared via SMS/email.

• You can also track your order status in the “My Orders” section on the Townway app or website.

📦 5. Packaging & Handling

• All products are packed with care to avoid damage during transit.

• Fragile or perishable items are specially handled.

• In rare cases, products may arrive in separate packages depending on suppliers.

🛑 6. Delays or Delivery Issues

• Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, lockdowns, or courier issues.

• If your delivery is delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact us with your Order ID.

🚫 7. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If the courier makes 3 unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to the seller.

• You will be notified and may be required to re-confirm address or reorder.

• If your package appears tampered or damaged:
