- Customized, made-to-order, or heavy items may take longer and will be indicated on the product page.

- Standard shipping is FREE for most orders above โน499.
- Orders below โน499 may include a nominal delivery charge (visible at checkout).
- Some third-party suppliers or bulky items may have additional delivery charges.

- After your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier link will be shared via SMS/email.
- You can also track your order status in the “My Orders” section on the Townway app or website.

- If your delivery is delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact us with your Order ID.

- If the courier makes 3 unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to the seller.
- You will be notified and may be required to re-confirm address or reorder.
