    Login in to your account. Go to your account and click ’My Profile’ option. Here you can reset your password and update your email address to.
    Go to Your Orders. Select the product that you want to replace. Click on Return/ Replace items. Choose a reason to replace. Continue and proceed as per on-screen instructions. Replacement will not be possible if the item you selected is out of stock. In such cases you can return the product and a refund will be generated.
    You can return or request for replacement of the wrong item. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, and still in its packaging to be eligible for a return. For more information, you can refer to the Support Page.
    You can cancel an order in the app or desktop, as long as it hasn't entered the shipping process, by visiting Your Orders. You can cancel orders in the Townway app before they're dispatched. Go to the Me Tab, select Your Orders, choose the order, and tap Cancel Item.
    Locate the order. Select Problem with Order. Select your problem from the list. Select Request Refund. For more information check Townway.in "Refund Policy".
    Items listed on Townway.in that are identified as 'returnable' on the product detail page. Products eligible for return will have a logo on product details page which mentions the return window and return category as per the product. (Example: 10 Days Returnable, 7 Days Return & Exchange etc). To know about the "non-returnable" categories and the specific return windows for categories eligible for return, please refer to Townway.in “Returns policy”. This page will have more information on what kind of products are returnable within the applicable return window and how to report an issue with products.
    To track your package: 1. Go to Your Orders 2. Go to the order you want to track 3. Select Track Package next to the selected order 4. Select See all Updates to view delivery updates. The status of the order will have the details of the courier partner.

    Once installed open the Townway App. Sign up with the required detail like name, email id, mobile number, address and password and press sign up button. Your login id and password will be created successfully for new login.
